Data processed and purposes

Identity and contact data (name, email) to create your account and communicate with you; nutrition and measurement data, which may amount to health data, solely to produce your own targets and suggestions; transaction security data to protect the service.

Method of collection and legal ground

Data is provided directly by you, electronically, through the app and the website. The grounds are performance of a contract for the account and service, explicit consent for marketing messages, and explicit consent for health-related information.

Transfers

Data may be transferred to hosting, email, food database and image analysis providers as required to operate the service. Where a transfer abroad occurs it follows Article 9 of the Law, and servers within the European Union are preferred wherever possible.
